1. User Responsibilities for AI Content Creation

As a user of our AI YouTube content creation service, you accept full responsibility for the content you create using our platform. By using our service, you agree:

• Not to create content containing nudity or explicit content
• Not to create content promoting violence or illegal activities
• Not to create content that infringes on copyrights
• Not to create content of people without their consent
• Not to create harmful or discriminatory content
• Not to create content featuring minors inappropriately
• Not to create deceptive or misleading content
• Not to use generated content for fraud or scams

ClipNest.ai reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

2. Data Storage & Usage

User prompts and AI-generated content are stored for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated content is deleted after a 30-day buffer period. User prompts and generated content are used to train our AI models to improve our service. By using our service, you grant us permission to use this data for AI training and service improvement purposes.

3. Content Moderation

ClipNest employs automated content filters to prevent generation of prohibited content. However, these systems may not be perfect. If you receive content that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately to support@clipnest.ai. We reserve the right to monitor generated content to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

4. AI Chat Technology Limitations

You acknowledge that our AI chat and content generation technology has limitations and may occasionally misunderstand instructions or produce unexpected results. We are continuously improving our technology but cannot guarantee perfect understanding of every request or perfect results in every case.

5. Content Rights

Users retain ownership of their prompts and AI-generated content. However, by using our service, you grant ClipNest.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the content for operational purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you generate.

6. Refund Policy

Failed Generation: Credits will be refunded if the AI fails to process your content request.
Unsatisfactory Results: You can continue chatting with the AI to refine the content until you're satisfied.
Content Violations: No refunds for attempted creation of prohibited content.
All refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

7. Usage & Limitations

Usage is based on purchased credits. We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse of the service and ensure fair access for all users.

8. Intellectual Property Infringement

ClipNest respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content generated through our service infringes on your intellectual property rights, please submit a notice to copyright@clipnest.ai with details of the alleged infringement. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Age Restrictions

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years old. Parental consent is required for minors where applicable by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
